南亚塑料公司树林一厂建于民国64年，开始投入合成原料之聚酯及树脂生产，期间陆续增加防水材、跑道材、TPU胶粒、液态感光油墨及隔热漆生产设备。共历时45年，其中不断创新改革及改善优化相关制程，通过ISO 9001、ISO 14001、OHSAS 18001等厂房认证、TAF实验室认证。

Raising Management Dimensions N‧5 Years Business Plan

The Shulin Plant 1 of Nan Ya Plastics Corporation was established in 1975 (ROC Year 64) and began producing synthetic materials, including polyester and resin. Over time, the company expanded its production facilities to include waterproof materials, track materials, TPU granules, liquid photoresist inks, and heat insulation paints. Over the course of 45 years, the company continuously innovated and improved its processes, achieving certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 for its facilities, as well as TAF laboratory certification. 
 The company has consistently implemented multiple energy-saving, water-saving, and waste reduction measures for cleaner production. It promotes Process Safety Management (PSM) within the plant, places great emphasis on workplace safety, environmental protection, and hygiene, and prioritizes both physical and mental health for employees. Nan Ya also works with contractors to manage safety and hygiene and integrates recycling and circular economy concepts into its production processes. Through digital transformation, establishing cloud-based online stores, and other initiatives, the company is advancing towards becoming a top-tier company. 
 In 2021, the company expanded its Shulin plant to include medical facilities.
