Raising Management Dimensions N‧5 Years Business Plan

Windows and Door Frame division was original located in Kaohsiung Renwu . In order to fulfill the increasing requirement, the factory relocated from Renwu to Hsinkang in 1990 to produce SMC Fiberglass doors and vinyl windows and composite building material. Our main selling markets are Taiwan domestic market which is 20% of our sales and also export to International market such as US, UK, Canada, Mid-East, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and other countries all around the world. Our product has the largest market share in UK and Canada, top three in US market. 

　　Main facility for producing SMC Fiberglass door includes 20 Fiberglass skin pressing machines、6 lines of assembling line for standard SMC Fiberglass doors, 1 line for SMC Fiberglass fire doors, 1 line for Neulite glass doors、and 4 line painting lines. 
　　The factory covers an area of 4.5 hectares, more than 430 employees. We are completely certified for International accreditation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CNS6400, TAF Certification.
　　Founded by two of the greatest Taiwanese business minds and philanthropist— Wang, Yung-Ching and Wang, Yung-Tsai, engraving the motto of “Industrious and Simple, Infinite and Perfect, Sustainable Operation, Social Contribution” into Formosa Group- Nan Ya Plastics Corporation. HSINKANG 2nd Plant-Taiwan

Windows and Door Frame division was original located in Kaohsiung Renwu. In order to fulfill the increasing requirement, the factory relocated from Renwu to Hiskang in 1990 to produce SMC doors and windows. 
　　Currently, there are 2 sets of KMD70 series, 9 sets of CMT80 series and 1 set of EX93 series in the factory, totaling 26 sets, and there are 11 sets of mixers. The overall number of employees are more than a hundred. 
　　The main products are PVC foam frame, fire-rated door frames and plastic steel window frame, etc. The total annual production capacity is 23,196 tons. The main features of the product are fireproof, waterproof, soundproof and anti-corrosion. Nan Ya Plastics has been awarded with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, which represent internationally recognized sets of standards in quality and environmental management systems.

HSINKANG 1st Plant-Taiwan

In 2004, Nan Ya Plastics Corporation began construction of a new manufacturing facility located in Houston Texas and embarked on a plan to develop the fiberglass patio door market in the United States. Centrally located in the United States for ease of shipping, the manufacturing facility in Houston is a specialized manufacturing facility, built to meet the growing demands of the US door market. 
　　The construction of the Houston facility marked the introduction of our first American brand name, Neuma Doors. Sold through distribution, Neuma Doors caters to the higher-end US patio door market and has excelled in the Multi-Family market segment as well as in coastal regions with doors designed to meet the rigorous impact requirements. 
　　In 2006, Nan Ya Plastics launched MP Doors, a retail brand sold exclusively through The Home Depot. The product offering sold at Home Depot under the MP Doors brand has grown over the years to include a vast selection of sliding and hinged patio doors as well as entry doors. 
　　In 2017, the Houston facility was expanded to include an extrusion plant to support the growth of the door business and provide a domestic source for the door frame and molding products. This new expansion includes 6 extrusion machines with a full capacity of 720 tons of PVC composite products. In total, the Houston facility consists of 10.2 acres of land and includes an automation warehouse which contains 1200 lot spaces for doors and jambs to quick ship. 
　　In 2019, Nan Ya Plastics introduced the Neulite Doors brand to capitalize on a wider segment of the pre-hanger/distributor market in the US. Neulite Doors are known in the market as one of the best built and tested doors in the market. 
　　All of our doors carry certifications for NFRC/Energy Star, Florida Building Code/ HVHZ, TDI/Texas Department of Insurance and undergo rigorous testing in accordance with the following test standards: NAFS, ASTM E283, ASTM E331/E547, ASTM E330, ASTM E1886/1996, AAMA 1304, NAFS, TAS 201/202/203, NFRC100/200/3020 and ASTM E90/STC/OITC.

門窗廠原設於高雄仁武廠，因應業績擴大之需要，1990年12月由仁武遷移至新港廠生產塑鋼門窗，1993年2月起開始生產SMC門。主要產品SMC門及塑鋼門窗，主要銷往英國、美國、加拿大及內銷市場等，在英國及加拿大市場市佔第一，美國市場市佔排名前三大。 
　　主要產品SMC門製程設備有：模壓機台20台、SMC門扇組立加工生產線6套、防火門組裝生產線1套、新中空式玻璃門組裝生產線1套、塗裝設備2套。 
　　工廠佔地面積4.5公頃，員工約430人，所生產之產品品質優良，並通過ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001、CNS6400，及取得TAF實驗室認證。

新港門窗二廠-台灣

門窗一廠原設於高雄仁武廠，因應業績擴大需要，1988年12月由仁武遷移至新港廠生產塑鋼門窗押出製品。目前廠內主要押出機台有KMD70系列2台、CMT80系列9台、 EX93系列1台，合計26台；混合機有11套。員工數約100人。

　　產品主要特色為防火、防水、隔音及抗腐蝕，並通過ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001認證，並取得「內政部綠建材標章」，生產製品為環保建材，可無限次回收利用，節能減碳。

新港門窗一廠-台灣

為拓展外銷市場，並搭配美國最大零售商The Home Depot據點推廣庭院門銷售，2004年塑二部在美國德州休士頓設立組裝廠。主要產品為庭院門年產量達70,000組，產品線涵蓋3大自有品牌Neuma Door高單價 :PS系列推/橫拉門、MP Doors:主攻Home Depot實體與網路商店之 PH系列推/橫拉門、Neulite :Multi-family 為主的建案市場。
　　配合訂單持續成長與增加，在2017年擴建押出生產區，並於2019年竣工投產。休士頓廠具備6台押出機生產線，押出產能可達到720噸/月。
　　工廠佔地面積約10.2英畝，員工約83人，所生產之產品品質優良，並通過美國材料試驗協會ASTM、佛羅里達州建築法規最嚴苛的Miami-Dade County TAS 201-203 、高速颶風區HVHZ門扇品質認證、德州政府保險局TDI等多項測試合格認證。休士頓廠秉持台塑集團”追根究柢，實事求是，點點滴滴求其合理化”為集團在美國門扇市場上爭取最大佔有率。
