南亚塑胶公司于1958年创立，同年于高雄市仁武区兴建完成南亚第一座PVC管材工厂。 
　　嘉义管材工厂于1980年5月兴建完成，经由明志厂及仁武一厂迁入押出机设备，管材产能成长至今已成台湾之冠，产品涵盖PVC-U塑胶管、HI耐冲击PVC-U塑胶管、耐热CPVC管、HDPE管等多项领域。 
　　工厂占地面积4.8公顷，员工近300人，所生产之「南亚牌」各型管材及接头，品质优良，规格齐全，为台湾管材制造之标竿，获经济部标准检验局最早颁发正字标记的荣誉，并通过ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001、ISO50001、TAF实验室认证及取得FM1613埋地消防PE管认证。 
　　为进一步优化品质及竞争力，持续开发高性能管材，以便引领管材再升级，经由进行数位转型经营、建置云端网络商城等作业，朝成为国际顶尖管材制造公司迈进。

嘉义一厂-FM管

南亚塑胶公司于1984年建立嘉义硬质板工厂，至今不断提升技术层次，并将各制程纳入自动化监控，同时透过资料分析及持续改善，以提高板材品质。 
　　硬质板产品用途广泛，从半导体、液晶显示器、印刷电路板、化学处理槽…等各种用途之设备，以及各种隔板、广告招牌、组合橱柜、装潢建材…等皆可使用；透明、不透明、发泡板、A-PET板、5呎板、耐热、耐燃…等各种等级，产品规格齐全，藉由智慧化生产技术，品质深获客户认同，长期使用性佳。 　　硬质板工厂月产能约2,700吨，除产量不断提升之外，并致力于配方与制程之改善，以及产品持续地研发与推陈出新，本厂陆续通过ISO9001、ISO14001以及ISO45001职业安全卫生管理系统之认证，2019年12月通过TAF国家实验室认证。 
　　目前南亚PVC硬质板制品业已通过无尘室用材料规范FM4910认证，此项规范为塑胶材料中最严格之防火要求，本公司同时亦积极开发其他各种符合FM4910之板材中，以供应半导体等产业之无尘室使用需求，并对无尘室之设备财产安全提供更佳的保障与服务。

Nan Ya Plastics Corporation was founded in 1958 and in the same year the first PVC pipe factory was built in Renwu, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. 
　　 Chiayi Pipe Plant was established in May 1980. By moving the extruder equipment from Mingzhi Factory and Renwu Factory No. 1, the pipe production capacity has grown to become the largest in Taiwan. The products include PVC-U plastic pipe, HI impact resistant, heat-resistant CPVC pipe, and HDPE pipe. 
 The factory covers an area of 4.8 hectares and employs more than 300 people. The "Nan Ya " pipes and fittings with a very complete range of specifications are of the most high quality. As a benchmark for pipe manufacturing in Taiwan, Nan Ya was awarded with the honor of Taiwan national standard" CNS Mark" by the Bureau of Standards, Inspection and Quarantine of the Ministry of Economic Affairs as well as passing ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO50001, TOSHMS, the occupational safety and health management system certification, TAF laboratory certification and FM1613 underground fire protection PE pipe certification. 
 To optimize quality and competitiveness, we will continue to develop and upgrade the high-performance pipes. Through the implementation of digital transformation , Nan Ya is determined to move towards to becoming a top international pipe manufacturer.

Chiayi No. 1 Plant-FM PIPE

Nan Ya Plastic Co. established Chiayi Rigid Board Factory in 1984, and has continuously improved its technical level, and has incorporated various processes into automatic monitoring. At the same time, through data analysis and continuous Improvements to improve sheet quality. 
 Rigid board products are widely used, ranging from semiconductors, liquid crystal displays, printed circuit boards, chemical treatment tanks, etc. equipment, as well as various partitions, advertising signs, cabinets, decorative building materials...etc. Transparent, opaque, foam board, A-PET board, 5-foot board, heat-resistant, flame-resistant...and other grades, the product specifications are complete, through intelligent production technology, quality It is deeply recognized by customers and has good long-term usability. The rigid board factorymonthly production capacity is about 2,700 tons. In addition to the continuous increase in output, it is also committed to the improvement of formula and process, as well as continuous product development and innovation. , the factory has successively passed the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 occupational safety and health management system, and in December 2019 passed the TAF National Laboratory Certification. 
 At present Nanya's PVC rigid board products have passed the FM4910 certification for clean room materials, which is the most stringent fire protection requirement in plastic materials. At the same time, it is also actively developing other kinds of FM4910-compliant sheets to meet the needs of clean room use in semiconductor and other industries, and to provide better protection and services for the safety of equipment and property in clean rooms.
