本公司1964年于高雄厂引进射出机生产射出制品，1972年在仁武成立射出工厂，1984年迁至嘉义现址，目前有各种类型射出机(锁模力25吨～2,200吨)近百台，产能突破1,500吨/月，累积数十年的生产技术，销售遍及海内外，其中PVC管件在台湾市占率达七成以上，另有生产其他类别射出品满足客户需求。

嘉义一厂-台湾

南亚塑料工业（厦门）有限公司由台塑集团于1994年创建、1996年7月投产，主要为PVC-U管材、管件专业生产厂。管材年产能达5万吨、管件年产能达1.3万吨，陆续开发PE、PVC-M、PP-R管材及大口径管件、ABS纱管、PET餐具等多项注塑品领域。
　　公司占地面积11公顷，员工约200人，至2021年止，管材安装23条生产线，并安装射出机63条投入生产，管材规格从dn16mm~630mm共600多种规格，管件dn16mm~355mm共700多种规格，目前公司已经成为大陆塑料管材、管件较为齐全的专业生产厂之一。
　　产品质量标准除完全按照中国国家标准(GB)外，另有开发采用ISO 国际标准之产品，完全符合国家饮用水卫生指针，产品曾获得「国家产品质量免检」、「福建名牌」、「福建著名商标」等证书，并通过ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001三体系认证、新华节水认证、中国环境标志产品认证、测量管理体系认证及CNAS实验室认证，产品质量充分满足各种工程配管需要。

Nan Ya Plastics Corp. started to manufacture injection products in Kaohsiung plant in 1964 . In 1972, the injection plant was built in Renwu, Kaohsiung and then moved to its current location in Chiayi, Taiwan in 1984. There are about 100 sets of various injection machines clamping force 25 tons～2,200 tons . The production capacity has reached 1,500 tons/ month now. With decades of production technology and sales experience throughout the world, we own more than 70% market share of PVC fitting in Taiwan . Besides, we also manufacture a variety of injection products to meet customer needs. 
 To produce high-quality products, we continue to introduce precision injection machines and robotic arms. By transforming from traditional to smart production , using automated warehousing delivery , and e-commerce system , customers can control delivery dates, improve logistics efficiency, and reduce inventory costs.

Chiayi First Plant-Taiwan

Nan Ya Plastics Industry (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. was founded by Formosa Plastics Group in 1994 and started its production in July 1996, mainly specializing in PVC-U pipes and fittings. The annual production capacity of pipes reaches 50,000 tons, and that of pipe fittings 13,000 tons . PE, PVC-M, PP-R pipes and large-diameter pipes as well as many injection molding products ABS yarns and PET tableware are successively developed. 
 The company covers an area of 11 hectares and employs more than 200 people. By 2021, 23 pipe production lines and 63 injection machines will be installed and put into production. The pipe specifications range from DN16mm~630mm totally more than 600 specifications and pipe fittings DN16mm~355mm, a total of more than 700 specifications . At present, the company has become a professional plastic pipe manufacturer with the complete specification in China. 
 In addition to the products in full compliance with Chinese National Standard (GB) , the products adopting ISO International Standard are fully complying with the national drinking water sanitation indicators. Our products have obtained certificates such as "National Product Quality Exemption", "Fujian Famous Brand", and "Fujian Famous Trademark", also passing the three system certification: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 , Xinhua water-saving certification, China environmental labeling product certification, measurement management system certification and CNAS laboratory certification . The product quality can fully meets the needs of various engineering piping.
