　　嘉义管材工厂于1980年5月兴建完成，经由明志厂及仁武一厂迁入押出机设备，产能逐步由5,500吨/月成长至今14,000吨/月，高居全国之冠，产品涵盖PVC-U塑胶管、HI耐冲击PVC-U塑胶管、耐热CPVC管、HDPE管等多项领域。

嘉义厂-台湾

南亚塑胶工业（厦门）有限公司由台塑集团于1994年创建、1996年7月投产，主要为PVC-U管材、管件专业生产厂。 管材年产能达5万吨、管件年产能达1.3万吨，陆续开发PE、PVC-M、PP-R管材及大口径管件、ABS纱管、PET餐具等多项注塑品领域。 
　　公司占地面积11公顷，员工约200人，至2021年止，管材安装23条生产线，并安装射出机63条投入生产，管材规格从dn16mm~630mm共600多种规格，管件dn16mm~355mm共700多种规格，目前公司已经成为大陆塑胶管材、管件较为齐全的专业生产厂之一。 
　　产品质量标准除完全按照中国国家标准(GB)外，另有开发采用ISO 国际标准之产品，完全符合国家饮用水卫生指标，产品曾获得「国家产品质量免检」、「福建名牌」、「福建著名商标」等证书，并通过ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO45001三体系认证、新华节水认证、中国环境标志产品认证、测量管理体系认证及CNAS实验室认证，产品品质充分满足各种工程配管需要。

Raising Management Dimensions N‧5 Years Business Plan

Nan Ya Plastics Corporation was founded in 1958 and in the same year the first PVC pipe factory was built in Renwu, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. 
　　 Chiayi Pipe Plant was established in May 1980. By moving the extruder equipment from Mingzhi Factory and Renwu Factory No. 1, the production capacity has increased gradually from 5,500 tons/month to 14,000 tons/month , which accounts for the highest capacity in local market. The products include PVC-U plastic pipe, HI impact resistant, heat-resistant CPVC pipe, and HDPE pipe. 
 The factory covers an area of 4.8 hectares and employs more than 300 people. The "Nan Ya " pipes and fittings with a very complete range of specifications are of the most high quality. As a benchmark for pipe manufacturing in Taiwan, Nan Ya was awarded with the honor of Taiwan national standard" CNS Mark" by the Bureau of Standards, Inspection and Quarantine of the Ministry of Economic Affairs as well as passing ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO50001, TOSHMS, the occupational safety and health management system certification, TAF laboratory certification and FM1613 underground fire protection PE pipe certification. 
 To optimize quality and competitiveness, we will continue to develop and upgrade the high-performance pipes. Through the implementation of digital transformation , Nan Ya is determined to move towards to becoming a top international pipe manufacturer.

Chiayi Plant-Taiwan

Nan Ya Plastics (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. was founded by Formosa Plastics Group in 1994 and started its production in July 1996. Focusing mainly on PVC-U pipes and fittings, the plant's annual production capacity of pipes reaches 50,000 tons/year, and that of fittings reaches 13,000 tons/year . Other PE, PVC-M, PP-R pipes, large-diameter pipes as well as injection molding products like ABS yarns and PET tableware are successively developed. 
 The company covers an area of 11 hectares and employs more than 200 people. By 2021, 23 pipe production lines and 63 injection machines have been installed and put into production. The pipe specifications range from DN16mm ~630mm with more than 600 specifications, and pipe fittings DN16mm~355mm with more than 700 specifications . At present, Nan Ya Plastics (Xiamen) Co., Ltd has become a professional manufacturer of plastic pipes and fittings in China. 
 In addition to the products in compliance with the Chinese National Standard (GB) , we also develop the products under ISO international standard which are in full compliance with the national drinking water sanitation indicators. The products have obtained certificates such as ""National Product Quality Exemption"", ""Fujian Famous Brand"", and ""Fujian Famous Trademark"", and passed three system certification ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 , Xinhua water saving certification, China environmental labeling product certification, measurement management system certification and CNAS laboratory certification.
