　　硬质板产品用途广泛，从半导体、液晶显示器、印刷电路板、化学处理槽…等各种用途之设备，以及各种隔板、广告招牌、组合橱柜、装潢建材…等皆可使用；透明、不透明、耐热及耐燃FM、发泡板…等各种产品规格齐全，藉由智能化生产技术，质量深获客户认同，长期使用性佳。
　　板材工厂月产能2,700吨，历经市场拓展及设备改善，逐步拓展发泡板、A-PET板、5尺机台增设，产量持续提升，并致力于配方与制程之改善，以及产品持续地研发与推陈出新，陆续通过ISO9001、ISO14001以及ISO45001职业安全卫生管理系统之认证，另外制品也申请UL、FM认证通过，2019年12月通过TAF国家实验室认证，同时亦积极开发特殊板材持续拓展应用范围，建置具工业4.0之智慧工厂，提升南亚板材生产与研发能力，提供客户最优质的产品与服务。

Nan Ya Plastics Co., Ltd. established the Chiayi Rigid Plate Factory in 1984. The produce data of plate are all integrated into automated monitoring to ensure the stable quality of the production process, and the plate quality is improved through data analysis and continuous research and development.
　　The products have a wide range of uses, from semiconductors, LCD, PCB, chemical processing tanks, and other equipment for various purposes, as well as partitions, advertising signs, cabinets, decorative building materials... etc.; Transparent, opaque, industrial, heat-resistant and flame-resistant, foam plate, A-PET plate, 5 feet plate... etc.. With intelligent production technology, the quality is equivalent to imported plates, and the long-term usability is good. 
　　 Plate Factory monthly production capacity is 2,700 tons. Through the continuous product development and innovation, we have passed the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 occupational safety and health management systems. In addition, the product also applied for UL and FM certification passed, and in December 2019, passed TAF National Laboratory Certification, while also actively developing special panels to continue to expand the scope of application, build smart factories with Industry 4.0, enhance the production and R&D capabilities of Nanya plate, and provide customers with the highest quality products and services.
