南亚塑胶于1981年成立配电盘制作部门，工厂位于嘉义县新港乡，厂房占地12,500平方公尺，为两层式空调厂房，生产线配置自动化设备，包含FMS钣金弹性制造系统、机械手臂自动焊接设备及自动化静电粉体涂装设备等，产品品质符合国际标准，为全台最大配电盘制造商。
 2010 年与日本高岳(Takaoka)技术合作生产模铸式变压器，制程及品检均与高岳同步，至今已销售2,210st(2,398,000kVA)，其中回销日本超過1,000st(427,000kVA)。
 本公司设有训练中心提供客户全方位训练、建立材料供应链及施工标准化以确保产品品质，并有定期保修及紧急抢修之良好售后服务之机制。

新港厂

本公司源于2000年10月，由台湾台塑企业南亚塑胶工业股份有限公司独资新建，公司位于江苏省南通市。2002年7月正式投产，厂房面積 29,300平方米，员工人数 78人。
 主要生产设备有剪床及送料装置、CNC程式冲孔机、CNC折床及FMS弹性制造系统等自动化设备，是中國颇具规模的配电盘厂之一。
 本公司设有训练中心提供客户全方位训练、建立材料供应链及施工标准化以确保产品品质，并有定期保修及紧急抢修之良好售后服务之机制。

Nan Ya Plastics Corporation established switchgear manufacturing department in 1981, the factory is located in Sin-Kang, Chiayi County, with an area of 12,500 square meters. 
 Cast resin transformer technical cooperation with Takaoka in 2010, the sales volume is 2,210st(2,398,000kVA), including more than 1,000st(427,000kVA) sold back to Japan.
 We set up a training center which provides our customers with comprehensive training, establish supply chain of materials, guarantee product quality through operation standardization, and offer a complete after-sale service system including regular maintenance and emergency repair of equipment.
 We have installed a roof PV system for self use with a capacity of 1,500kW.

Sin-Kang Factory

Our company was established in Nantong, Jiangsu Province in October 2000 with the sole investment of Taiwan Formosa Plastics Group. Production started in July 2002, with a factory area of 29,300 sqm and 78 employees. 
 We are one of the largest switchgear factories in China. Our main production facilities include shearing machines and feeding devices, CNC programmable punching machines, CNC bending machines and FMS flexible manufacturing systems and other automated equipment. 
 We set up a training center which provides our customers with comprehensive training, establish supply chain of materials, guarantee product quality through operation standardization, and offer a complete after-sale service system including regular maintenance and emergency repair of equipment.
