南亚塑料公司树林一厂建于1975年，开始投入合成原料之聚酯及树脂生产，期间陆续增加防水材、跑道材、TPU胶粒、液态感光油墨及隔热漆生产设备。共历时45年，其中不断创新改革及改善优化相关制程，通过ISO 9001、ISO 14001、OHSAS 18001等厂房认证、TAF实验室认证。

南亞塑膠公司樹林一廠建於1975年，最初專注於合成原料之聚酯及PU樹脂生產，隨著時間推移，逐步擴展生產設備，包括PU建材、環保無毒且無溶劑型PU跑道材、各種用途的TPU膠粒、液態感光油墨、聚酯型可塑劑以及漆類塗料(水性酷樂面漆及低VOC防蝕底漆)等。
　　經過長達45年的努力，不斷進行創新改革，並優化相關製程，期間通過ISO 9001、ISO 14001、ISO45001、OHSAS 18001等廠房認證、國家級TAF實驗室認證。持續導入製程優化建置RTPMS系統（即時生產管理系統），透過生產條件自動下發與控制，以大數據分析及AI模型預測回饋結果，再搭配線上品管即時管控，保證製程生產品質符合客戶要求。
　　此外也導入PSM製程安全管理，確保工廠設備及環保安全。企業內多年來推動循環經濟、節能減碳等方面的計畫，並致力於研發綠色環保產品，以滿足社會各界的需求。
