PVC PIPE FORMULA FOR TAP WATER REPLACED LEAD WITH TIN.In 1995, according to CNS Standards, the lead solubility of PVC pipe for tap water must be lower than 0.1 ppm. Thus, to fulfil social responsibility, we substituted tin for lead as the PVC pipe formula no matter what the cost, and the lead solubility of PVC pipe was controlled within 0.005 ppm, which was far stricter than that of CNS Standards. Furthermore, we provided high-quality PVC pipe for tap water to people so that they could make better life. Besides, with such a decisive move, we successfully became one of the largest suppliers and the most productive manufacturers in the plastic pipes industry (PVC pipes market). Three years later, according to amended CNS Standards, the lead solubility of PVC pipe for tap water must be lower than 0.008 ppm, which satisfies quality of life in developed countries.
