Nanya Plastics Co., Ltd. was founded in 1958. The Chiayi factory was built in 1979. It is located in Nanxinli, Taibao City, Chiayi County. The factory is located in the center of Chiayi County, near National Highway No. 1 Chiayi Interchange, and both from Chiayi Taiwan Railway Chiayi Station and High Speed Rail Chiayi Station. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes by car and has the advantage of convenient transportation. Chiayi "PEPA" Factory (Chiayi No. 2 Plant) added BOPP biaxial stretch film equipment in 1986. In 1997, the first set of "PEPA" main machine was officially mass-produced, with a monthly capacity of 1,600 tons. It can produce "PEPA" and transparent BOPP products at the same time. There are "PEPA" products. Non-coated "PEPA", coated "PEPA" and other products. The main non-coated "PEPA" include direct thermal paper, wrap around label , packaging paper for bath, hang tags and TPU release liner. It has good stiffiness, waterproof and durable. , Non-tearable and reusable advantages. The main uses of coated "PEPA" are pressure sensitive label, inkjet paper, business card paper, tag paper, outdoor printing and other purposes. It is waterproof, durable, has good printing and resolution, and has good ink absorption and drying properties. It has the advantages of clearness and good stiffness. 
　　"PEPA" annual production capacity of up to 60,000 tons . Products are sold on the island of Taiwan and exported to the United States, Canada, Japan, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. Quality adheres to the corporate belief of Formosa Plastics Corporation of "down to roots and stop at the perfection" and strictly requires quality control. It passed the ISO 9002 certification in 1993 (the revised version passed the ISO 9001 quality certification in 2002), and passed the ISO/IEC in 2019. 17025 TAF laboratory certification, product quality has been recognized by the industry, and continue to implement the business philosophy of "breakthrough, innovation, perfection, and completion".
