P115 型号聚酯粒属共聚合型聚合体(Copolymer)，目前生产两种特性黏度 1.025dl/g(Lot No.1SF14)及 1.10dl/g(Lot No.1SF20)。

Tairilin P115 is a copolymer resin with a nominal intrinsic viscosity of 1.05dl/g.

This resin is specially designed for the extrusion blow molding process. Therefore, this resin possesses high melt strength to prevent the drawdown of its molten parison.

P115 resin offers the excellent clarity and sparkle needed for clear articles.

Applications for P115 include extrusion blow-molded containers, extruded film and sheet, and profiles, especially able to convert ed into an integrated handled clear bottle.

P115 is a suitable material to replace PVC which is concerned with its environmental issue.

P115 is a suitable material to replace HDPE which could not be a clear article. It has better chemical resistance than PETG material.

P115 resin is produced in a state of the art continuous polymerization technology and is combined with a strict quality monitoring system.

The production facilities are approved by ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 systems.  

P115 resin conforms to FDA Regulation 177.1630 and is an environmentally friendly product with the advantage of being totally recyclable.

Bottles made from P115 are classified as the No. 1 plastic material.

Nan Ya Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. was established in Taiwan in 1958. It is mainly engaged in the production of secondary processing of plastics such as PVC pipes, rubber sheets, and tapes. After years of hard work, the organization can continue to expand, grow and thrive. The founders Mr. Wang Yongqing and Mr. Wang Yongzai have repeatedly emphasized and practiced the spirit of "diligence and simplicity, perfection, sustainable management, and dedication to society".
The Fiber Division was established in the Taishan factory in 1956, and then successively expanded the Linkou factory and the No. The factory became an independent polyester film business department in 2005, and currently has a production plant in Gongsan, Linkou, and Shulin, which together with the fiber department form the polyester product business department.

Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America ("NPCA"), a Delaware-incorporated company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Taiwan ("NPC-Taiwan"), was founded in 1989 under the strategy of its parent company's vision for global expansion to meet the ever-increasing demand for synthetic fiber, chemical, and plastics related products.

The South Carolina plant began with Phase I in 1990. When construction finished, the plant produced several polyester (PET) products, including PET resin, POY filament, and staple fiber. Phase II was completed in 1995, adding bottle and packaging grade PET resin to the plant’s production capabilities.
 
With the success of the previous two phases, capital projects (Phase III & Phase IV) were initiated in 1995 to increase the total production capacity. By 1999, the South Carolina plant had more than doubled its capacity and introduced two new products, HOY and FDY filament. By 2000, the final expansion (Phase V) was complete, further increasing the plant’s bottle and packaging resin capacity to its present size. In 2002, modifications were completed allowing the production of Conjugate Fiber and Low Melt Fiber.

The plant is ISO 9001: 2015 certified for all products and is GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certified for our Packaging Grade Resin. Our dedicated employees strive to provide excellent products and services to our customers since 1990. Production lines are run around the clock with an overall production rate of approximately 2 billion pounds of polyester polymer per year.

Nan Ya Plastics Corporation was founded in Taiwan in 1958, specializing in the production of secondary processed plastic products such as PVC pipes, rubber products, and adhesive tapes.
